How do I make an appointment?

Please make sure to leave your contact information, and I will be in touch within 2 business days to schedule a free phone consultation.
Please be aware that email is not encrypted, so please do not send more sensitive information than is absolutely necessary. This includes the contact form.

What are your fees? What payment methods do you accept?

An individual, 1 hour session is $140.
I accept cash, check, cards, and digital payments through PayPal. For more information on fees and insurance, please click here.

What is your availability?

I am currently scheduling clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day, and Tuesday evenings. I have some flexibility in my schedule, so if these don’t work for you, reach out anyway!

How many sessions should I expect?

The number of sessions will vary drastically from person to person, depending on the issues you bring. This will be discussed in more depth during the phone consultation and in the first session. I generally encourage you to plan for at least 3-4 sessions, since it takes some time to build a comfortable relationship and begin doing the work you want to accomplish.

What should I expect regarding privacy?

I am very serious about keeping all client information private and protected.
For information about your health information and rights, please visit the US Health and Human Services website or the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
To request a copy of your health care records, please email me a detailed request. I will respond within 10 business days and make arrangements for your records to be provided.
If you wish to contact my licensing board, you can find all necessary information at the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
If you wish to make a complaint against a Licensed Professional Counselor, you can do so at the Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Protection webpage.
